We work together to tweak and improve nutrition, sleep, mindset, and provide you with tips to achieve the best results & recovery.

Small Group Training

Our 9-week group program begins by assessing each individual to tailor their exercise regimen, and ending with a final evaluation to gauge improvements in joint functionality. This program is an opportunity to bond with your sports team, work colleagues, family, or friends, as you collectively inspire and motivate one another. Learn and apply the Growth Mindset to achieve your goals and see tangible results as a cohesive group.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around every bone, muscle, tendon, ligament, and joint. It is the most intelligent organ in our body. 80% of our neural receptors are found in fascia.

Fascia therapy is the manipulation of this intelligent organ to provide pain relief, movement function, and better messaging between the brain and body. It allows better circulation, releases endorphins, speeds up recovery, improves mood, sleep, and promotes lymphatic drainage.
